When people enquire on your website about stock that you have for sale, you will want to know exactly how to reply. Take a look at this simple, step-by-step guide that shows you how to manage your enquiries.
1. Firstly log in to Horsemart.co.uk using your credentials.
2. Click ‘My Account’ and then ‘Account’. Then on the left hand menu click ‘messages’. You will be shown the screen below.
3. You will then be presented with a list of all of the messages you’ve received. Once here you should:
a. Click on a message to see it in full.
b. See the ad that the message is in relation to – click the ad reference to see the ad in full.
c. See the customer’s name and message.
d. Write a reply to the customer.
e. Click the arrow to send your reply to their email address. Your reply will then appear below their message.
You will also receive an email notifying you each time a user enquires on an ad on your website and you’ll also receive an email when customers reply to your responses.
